It has been almost three years since Chris Brown infamously assaulted Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 Grammy Awards. While you may have thought that there is no way Ri would ever go back to be in the arms that beat her, new reports suggest that the former couple have been secretly rekindling their romance for quite some time now!

Despite the relationship’s violent ending, Us Weekly sources have alleged that Rihanna, 23, and Brown, 22, have secretly been hooking up for nearly a year. Apparently the pair "meet up very casually" to see one another and Rihanna "comes to see him anytime she’s in L.A."
Another alleged insider claimed, "They can’t get enough of each other. I don’t see it ending well," while yet another source noted, "Rihanna loves to live dangerously, and talking to and hooking up with Chris is all part of that."
Breezy is reportedly not doing any interviews in 2012 following his violent outburst in response to questions relating to Rihanna on ’GMA’ last year. However, a rep for Brown did speak on his behalf about the matter. "He and Rihanna are just friends," the rep insisted, adding, "He’s not cheating." Chris has been dating aspiring model Karrueche Tran. He even reportedly got her face inked on his arm in a new tattoo.
Rihanna’s rep had no comment, but this is not the first time Ri and CB have been rumored to be getting back together. Cryptic tweets about love from both singers sparked speculation that the pair were communicating with one another, while previous reports have suggested Rihanna is set on breaking up Chris and Tran.
