Drake: President Obama Film Role Is What Rapper Wants

Drake’s career aspirations began with an eagerness to act, a feat he accomplished by scoring a role in ’Degrassi: The Next Generation,’ playing Jimmy Brooks. Now he’s sharing his desire to serve as the best man to play President Obama in a movie.
During his time at Sundance Film Festival earlier this week, the 25-year-old ’Take Care’ MC revealed that he can deliver a pretty spot-on impression of the U.S. Commander in Chief.
"I hope somebody makes a movie about Obama’s life soon because I could play him," Drake told VH1. "That’s the goal. I watch all the addresses. Anytime I see him on TV, I don’t change the channel, I definitely pay attention and listen to the inflections of his voice. If you ask anyone who knows me, I’m pretty good at impressions."
The Toronto rhymer, who dropped his sophomore album, ’Take Care,’ in October, doesn’t seem to be a bad fit to portray Michelle Obama’s hubbie. Since he’s known for doing his own wild hand motions when rapping, Drizzy should be able to pick up Mr. President’s own signature hand move he showcases when emphasizing his bullet points to a nation of supporters.
